With 20+ years of creative experience, Kawamura specializes in the deconstruction of printed works as creative materials, as well as reconstruction and collage. Fashion magazines, maps, flyers, etc. that have been printed in large quantities have become the main source of his creative materials.

The ZombieClub is designed under the influence of game characters in the 90s and how they appear on retro displays. In order to reduce the game load in most games back in the 90s, the character generation form is similar to the way of generating NFTs by replacing character accessories with generators.

Kawamura was inspired by numerous RPG games, sci-fi movies and horror movies combined with the aforementioned retro-game character generation concept to create the nine interconnected characters.

ZOMBIE DEGENERATION

The Easter egg revealed: "Degenerate". This concept was inspired by the motto of being a diamond hand. The "Degeneration" process is refreshed by change of ownership, meaning by selling or sending the NFT to a new address will start the refresh process.

ZombieClub NFT's "Degeneration" process was initiated on 4/28/2022. Each ZombieClub NFT will go through the process of "Degeneration", which will take 666 hours for at least one change of stage and a chance of up to 3 stages per NFT token. For every change of "Degenerate" stage, it will take up to 66 hours for the NFTs to refresh and become the next stage.
